IHC, FISH and CISH

• Master Diagnostica immunohistochemistry reagents offer a wide
panel of primary antibodies optimized for in vitro diagnostic on
paraffin tissue and universal ultrasensitive IHC detection systems
based on micro-polymer technology. With more than 350 CE-IVD
Antibodies and all IHC buffers and accessories, Master Diagnostica
aims to provide high quality and innovative antibodies for the
clinical market and research centres.
• Master Diagnostica offers a wide range of probes for FISH on fresh
samples and tissue sections fixed in buffered formalin and
included in paraffin, for both manual and
semi-automatic and 100% automated protocols.
• Master diagnostica also provides CISH

MD Stainer
• Master Diagnostica provides automated platform for IHC; FISH and CISH called MD stainer.

Lymphomas

• Master Diagnostica offers different multiplex PCR kits to detect the presence of clonality through amplification of rearranged gene segments VDJ and VJ of the hypervariable regions of the IgH, IgK-IgL, TCR gamma, using primer families of the best preserved regions of those genes which adds great value in the diagnosis of B and T lymphoproliferative processes

DNA Flow Technology
DNA Flow Technology provides a platform for rapid analyses in membrane-based reverse dot blot hybridization processes. This hybridization platform allows the DNA target molecules to cross the membrane and direct the target DNA to the complementary capture probes that are immobilized on and inside the matrix pores resulting in much higher signal intensities, smaller reagent volumes and reduced processing time from hours to minutes represent an economic alternative for molecular diagnostics.
Chromogenic In Situ Hybridization (CISH)
CISH is a molecular technique used to detect the presence of a DNA or RNA sequence, or study the expression of a gene, simultaneously evaluating tissue morphology through the use of brightfield microscopy.
Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)
FISH is a molecular technique based on the use of fluorophore-labeled DNA probes, which represents a very useful diagnostic tool to identify a wide range of chromosomal alterations in interphase and metaphysical nuclei.
